1. Деньги человечество делало из ценных металлов. Почти все денежные знаки всегда были таковы. Нет ценного металла — нет денег. Количество денег ограничено количеством металла, из которого их изготовляют.
2. В 1694 году группой банкиров при поддержке короля Вильгельма Оранского был создан Банк Англии. Он стал первым в мире частным центром эмиссии. То есть группа лиц начала выпускать деньги. Фокус заключался в том, что деньги выпускались бумажные, и они якобы были обеспечены золотом. И в любой момент владелец бумажного фунта мог поменять его на фунт из желтого металла. На самом деле банкиры начали попросту жульничать, выпуская бумажных денег значительно больше, чем у них имелось золота.
3. Идея была простой, и потому нужно было уничтожать других «умников», кто также решил печатать деньги из ниоткуда. Вся последующая история Европы — это борьба Банка Англии и его владельцев за финансовую гегемонию на планете.
4. Когда США получили независимость от Англии, банкиры потеряли контроль над финансовой системой этой страны. Вернули они его лишь в 1913 году, когда указом президента Вудро Вильсона была создана Федеральная резервная система (ФРС). Это был такой же частный центр эмиссии, что и Банк Англии. Принадлежащий одним и тем же лицам.
5. Но в тот момент золотыми были все валюты мира. Начнешь без устали шлепать доллары и фунты, и это не может не остаться незамеченным. Что делать? Разумеется, устранить конкурентов, уничтожить другие золотые валюты. Разрушить экономики, которые конкурируют с англосаксонскими. И сразу после создания ФРС, в 1914 году, начинается Первая мировая война. В ее горниле исчезли золотой рубль и золотая немецкая марка.
6. Потом последовала Вторая мировая война, по итогам которой в Бреттон-Вудсе в 1944 году были подписаны соглашения, создавшие послевоенную мировую финансовую систему. Главными деньгами стал доллар США. Вся мировая торговля стала вестись в долларах, и только в долларах. По сути, он заменил собой золото. И если всем странам мира нужно было доллары зарабатывать, то США их просто печатали, обещая, что за каждые тридцать пять долларов готовы выплатить тройскую унцию золота.
7. В 1973 году США объявили, что у доллара больше нет никакого золотого содержания. Деньги и сами превратились в товар. Высокий уровень жизни США стал определяться лишь спросом на их зеленую валюту. Весь мир коллекционирует доллары, меняет плоды труда на эти фантики. А США их просто рисуют.
8. Когда число «нарисованных» ФРС долларов стало угрожающе большим, была придумана система их утилизации. США стали брать доллары в долг у всего мира[3]. Взамен они выдавали гособлигации США, называемые «трежери».
9. Число этих облигаций, выданное всем странам мира, и составляет величину государственного долга США, который на сегодняшний день равен 14,5 триллиона долларов.
10. Это значит, что США истратили на свои нужды на 14,5 триллионов больше, чем заработали. Просто для сравнения приведу некоторые данные. Вся доходная часть бюджета России в 2011 году планируется в районе 8 триллионов рублей. У США же только дефицит бюджета (не весь бюджет, а только превышение расходов над доходами) за этот же 2011 год составляет около 1,5 триллиона долларов. Легко подсчитать, что в рублях это составит 42 триллиона. Итак, мы зарабатываем 8 триллионов рублей, а они берут в долг (у нас и всего мира) 42 триллиона. Кто будет жить лучше?
11. Как можно заставить весь мир сбрасываться на свою беспечную жизнь не по средствам? Только двумя способами: обманом и силой. Для первого у англосаксов есть мировые СМИ, лгущие по их заказу, для второго — самая мощная в мире армия. Но когда долг США становится астрономически большим, а их мощь слабеет, то у всего мира появляется искушение начать играть по новым правилам. То есть сделать доллар не единственной мировой резервной валютой, а добавить к нему как минимум юань, евро и рубль.
12. Снова конкуренция — конкуренция валют и экономик. При этом на плаву США могут оставаться только в том случае, если кто-то все время будет финансировать дефицит их бюджета. Все время покупатьдоллары и гособлигации трежери. Перестанут давать США в долг — вся эта пирамида рухнет.
13. Как добиться того, чтобы спрос на доллар и трежери оставался высоким, если он снижается? Ответ прост: сделать все прочие активы для вложения неинтересными — нестабильными и шаткими. Нужно сделать так, чтобы во всем мире твердым был только доллар.
14. Добиться всего этого можно, используя тот же способ,благодаря которому доллар вообще оказался на олимпе мировой экономики. Спасение доллара — война. Но война не получается. Значит, нужна дестабилизация мировой экономики другим путем — путем хаоса и революций.
15. Вот именно это мы сейчас и наблюдаем. Как говорится — ничего личного, только бизнес. Ничего личного — только доллар.
